When you fill out a form on our site or booking page, we collect what you type in — usually your name, phone number, email address, and details about the tattoo or permanent makeup you're interested in.
We use your information to run the studio, nothing more:
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts won't affect your appointments — we'll just reach you another way.
We never sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run our booking and messaging tools, and they can only use it to do that work for us.
Like most websites, ours may use cookies and basic analytics to see how people use the site — things like which pages get visited. This helps us make the site better. It doesn't tell us who you are unless you fill out a form.
We keep your contact and appointment information as long as you're a client, or as long as the law requires for our records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we're required to keep it.
